Feature Suggestions

Many of our artists are creating consignments, and then forget (or are unaware) that they then need to send the consignment. They get frustrated. UIs should guide users through the process - it would be great if there was some indication of the status of a consignment. A red "not sent" somewhere would make the world a better place.

Some of our artists get lost in the UI. After entering inventory they don't know how to get out of entering inventory, how to enter the next work, or how to get to consigning (you can't see the menu on the left when in the inventory area, or in the consignment area) The only way to exit is to hit the little back arrow int he upper left. Adding buttons at the top to "exit inventory", "enter next work", or "go to consignments" would save me a ton of destressed phone calls!

Avery has different numbers for inkjet and laser labels that have the same dimensions. Ex 6880 and 5160 are the same from your point of view. You could easily double the number of labels you support by listing both!

This would be a feature on the artist inventory pages that allows viewers or users to toggle artworks with a location of “Artist Studio” on or off from the list of works displayed on the page. It would function similarly to the existing toggle features already in use and allow users to quickly see what is currently in the gallery.

We would like to request a feature regarding the virtual installation on the mobile device. With the current software, you cannot adjust the measuring tool to reach the edges of the wall. This is imperative for clients to get the proper scale of their painting. This can only be done on the computer or ipad right now.

Have a way to check that a commission has been paid to a staff member so that we can know if it has been paid or still needs to be. Is great for tracking if a sale happens and the client is spreading out payments or there is a lag in delivery/installation.

Florida Department of Revenue, needs to know Gross Sale (without tax) but your system does not give me that. it gives me total amounts collected. i have attached the FDR screenshot for you to see. i have attached a pdf of my self built custom system which i highly recommend you use to update artcloud. As you can see it shows gross sale, exempt sales, taxable sales. then it calculates the 1% Discretionary tax and the 7% state tax. these are the 5 numbers i need to know in order to do my sales tax reporting. this should not be difficult for you to change on your platform, and i am sure that all of your floirda accounts if not elsewhere would appreciate this.

When a piece in "inventory" is associated with an "opportunity", a colored dot appears in the corner of image. When you click the dot to access the affiliated "opportunity", the link does not work. We then have to hunt through opportunities to find the affiliated opportunity manually. Can this be resolved?

UK gallerist here. Can't use this in the UK without VAT and margin baked into inventory and customer facing sales side including invoices. Same applies to frame costs. Please fix guys!

Add mutiple contacts to the to-do list. Currently only one contact can receive a reminder email about a to-do item in the Leads and we would like multiple contacts to be able to receive this reminder of the to-do item
