We always send (email and printed) the COA(s) with the invoice, and it would be great if we could access the COA's directly from the invoice. I know it sounds silly, but we are always getting interrupted and then forget the work's name when switching from Invoices to Inventory...

add email and phone # to the columns for export

Can we automate the template to include the client name and artwork interest?

add a button next to the user icon above Logout that will be switch user - so employees can work more seamlessly on the same station

I often get frustrated with the search feature on AC because I can only select a specific/exact match from the search bar, not in the search results. For example: I want to search all SKUs that begin with FRO but can only select FRO024 to see in my search results. Or, I want to search all opportunities that begin with 'Website Inquiry" but can only select a specific one from the search list to veiw in my results.

Be able to delete consignment Lists. There is a "delete" feature (Under the Actions pulldown menu), however, neither the Creator of the Consignment or the person who it was shared with was able to edit or delete and this resulted in duplicates.
