I would like to have a way to print out a receipt when we give store credit vs. refund that shows how many credits a person has. If you print the invoice, it shows the info for that specific invoice only...not their total credits under their account.

should be able to search for an item without having to select from a drop down list - it is too perscriptive and doesnt allow for error. E.g. when you know the partial name of an item, should be able to search in inventory from a variety of titles contain those attributes. similarly for invoices.

We are attempting to clean out the spam/scammer contacts that come to us via inquiry. Unfortunately, the program is set up so that we cannot delete a contact, nor email, of someone (or bot) that sent an inquiry as an attempt to scam us. This leads to inaccurate data about artist interest, opportunity value, and contact numbers.

We put our contacts into a "Buyers" group when they purchase something, specifically for campaigns and emails that go to buyers only. We'd like to be able to program it where it tags a contact automatically when they purchase something.

Changes to invoice fields such as User, invoice #, invoice date, items added/deleted, sales tax, shipping, payments. Changes to inventory items such as edition #/set, price, location, add a date for inventory Return to Artist. Donna

I run a Sales Over Time report 2-3 times per month with specific columns and would like to run it without checking columns. Thanks

Would like to be able to add Artists (where we have added contact info) into Contacts either automatically or with an easy manual option. Inserting "Artist" into the tags for those Contacts would be great.

We need to be able to send out a remote pay link and accept partial payment on the invoice when processing the payment with Stripe.

Once an artwork moves from "On Hold" to "Invoice", the Hold toggle is still active. Then when I go to review works that are on hold, these pieces are still listed, even though they've sold. If, once a work is sold, "On Hold" is removed, that would be amazing.
