We would love to see if Artcloud would have the capability to create a custom template to send to our artists once they have been paid. This would need to be a continuous report that we would email through Artcloud directly to the artist. An ideal artist sales report would contain the following information: Artwork Image Title Dimensions Medium Amount Owed to Artist Amount Paid to Artist Date We Paid Artist with Transaction #

It would be very helpful if after choosing which Columns you want to see in a report or screen layout, the preferences could be saved. As currently we have to reset these "edit Columns" every time we leave the page.

We are starting to rely on when people read our emails and when they click the links that we provide. As of right now, we can only see if ANYONE opens or clicks and email. Is it possible to record and indicate WHO opens and clicks the email? I want to be able to easily share information with my team, but I also want to be aware of when the customer is opening the emails.

Hello, we just created and used a promo code. Now we would like to pull a client list of everyone who has used the promo code when checking out. This feature is not available, but would be a great addition for client information management.

Hi ArtCloud Team I wanted to ask if it would be possible to create a portal for our shipping and packing partners to access purchase orders directly. Ideally, this portal would allow them to: View purchase orders assigned to them, Enter relevant information such as box weights and dimensions, and Generate shipping labels via Shippo integration. This would help streamline our fulfillment workflow and reduce manual data entry on our end. Please let me know if this type of functionality could be implemented, or if there’s a workaround using existing features. Thank you, Stephen

We have multiple pieces of inventory that were sold by a third party that we want to mark as SOLD in ArtCloud. However, we would have to put the item on an invoice to mark it as truly sold in the platform. It would be nice to have a way to mark works Sold without having them on an invoice or a way to mark the invoice as an external sale of some kind to not impact reports.

Add a tab for the website similar to Blog where we can list our upcoming events. Right now, I use Blog but a tab dedicated to Events could also include features like dates, RSVP links, automatic redirect, and moving from upcoming to archive. It could also help list events in order, because Blog lists in reverse order. Types of events could be Opening Receptions, Artist Talks, Workshops, Tours, etc.

I love being able to see the entire piece when I am in the inventory screen. This is not a view that is available when adding works to a quicklist that has been started. Seems like an easy addition.

I'd like to be able to change my fonts from the standard offerings. Could Google Fonts be integrated here?

I already add inventory to exhibitions that get listed under that tab on my website. However, it would be nice if inventory items could automatically show a list under the description/notes on the website of what exhibitions/shows/etc. it has been exhibited in. It's too hard to go in manually under each item and add every show when I'm already adding them to each exhibition as I go. I've been asked by collectors what shows a piece has exhibited in and had to manually go back to every show since that work's creation and double check which ones it was in. I've also had other instances where I needed to know if a piece has been exhibited in a certain show or state before and had to go back and manually look it up by clicking into every exhibition. I can see a lot of pros for having the lists somehow mutually benefit each other. Having it automatically add underneath an artwork and its information may also up collector's interest in a work.
