We regularly provide updated inventories to our artists when artwork sells. Now we'll have to go in and update these by hand. NO GOOD!

I'd like the ability to easily send a remote pay link to my clients to pay part of an invoice––20-50%

Currently, the price field only allows numbers. It would be helpful to be able to write NFS (Not for Sale) for works that are on view but not available for purchase.

I've had clients complain about not getting mailings and it turns out they have unsubscribed, but I can't tell when that happened. Then when I re-subscribe them, it's not recorded when that happened or by who. Having that data would be so helpful and insightful, especially when clients have questions.

Would like to see an additional section within "Invoices" that allow us to drop file attachments such as signed copies of certificates of authenticities, PDFs of shipping information or receipts, etc.

The inventory dashboard is not designed to maximize space. You have space wasted in the left column and the current layout shows only four artworks before you have to start scrolling. You could fit almost twice that with a better design. Likewise, a lot of space is wasted between the titles and the action dots, and in the space for editions. If you made that more compact. You could see more fields across and reduce scrolling, which creates fatigue..
