There should be an option to edit mobile views apart form desktop views as the layouts are so dissimilar.

We sometimes keep certain pieces in inventory for a long time. I would love it if there was an option for the default sort order on an artist's inventory page to be listed newest acquisition date first, so that returning visitors can immediately see the new work.

The catch-all templates for the website are limiting in the capacity to present information. Artist's pages and exhibition pages, while its great to have all the information centrally housed, we should be able to individually format those pages. For example, the image chosen for the artist's profile populates on their page and there is no way to adjust it if the image gets cut off and it is an incredible time-sink to go through multiple images when the one you feel might best represent the artist/exhibition doesnt work within the templated design.

Hi all! This is more of a PSA for the community than a request (tho we can make it a request, too, to resolve this issue for non-tech savvy folks.) So, after wrestling for about ten minutes trying to figure out why a video I was trying to post on a blog wouldn't take, I realized your Video Widget doesn't recognize Shorts. (FYI community folks - Youtube will most likely turn your video into a short if you are filming in Portrait (vertical) or if it's less than 2 minutes long... I think that's how they determine, at least.) Anyso, if you are having this issue, you can go into your Youtube URL link and change /shorts/ to /watch/. That'll turn it into a regular video and you can post it in Artcloud's Video Widget. :) Cheers!

RECENTLY VIEWED: We would like to be able to adjust the number of items on the "recently viewed" - the system seems to have 4 as default for tablet and iphone which is not ideal. Is there anyway you can adjust this - please?

It would be helpful to have a similar Order By list that is in Quicklists in the Inventory List of a Web page. For example, I'm creating a New Arrival page with just the latest 10-15 pieces. The only real option to show the latest is 'Acquisition date.' But, then I do that, it still randomly lists them if they all have the same acq date. It would be great to have the ability to order by Inv# (Descending) or title. Thanks for considering!

For holograms and other works of light, there is an image depth that is distinct from the physical depth of the piece. This is an important part of the documentation. "Virtual depth" refers to the space behind the holographic plate, and "Real Depth" is the projection in front of the plate. So it would be great to have those two fields and allow entry in inches or cm like the physical depth.

On the website product pages, please add a widget to enable the viewer to point their camera at their own wall and see the artwork on that product page virtually installed on their wall. ArtPlacer has this feature as do other competitors of yours.

It would be very helpful to be able to upload a video in the same manner we upload photos of inventory. Clients find it very useful to see videos of artwork and it is a feature artcloud is lacking.
