Noticed you can only batch email up to 100 artists at a time. Can you increase this limit to 1,000?

My team has found the Home page to be a very valuable tool for day to day reminders and prompts. With each team member having different daily responsibilities it could be helpful to have a customizable home page to help illicit productivity in a concise and organized fashion catered to each team member and their respective needs.

Hello Artcloud-ians I wanted to provide some feedback on the template editor area under Settings. The window to edit templates there is extremely small, which makes it difficult to work with longer proposals or emails. At the moment, it’s actually easier and more efficient to click “Create New Message” and build a new template from scratch there, rather than starting or making changes directly within the Template section. Would it be possible to expand the editable window or allow a full-screen view for templates? This would make the editing process much more user-friendly, especially for galleries and businesses working with detailed proposals. See the difference in the message box area? Thanks! Kari

Is there a way to pay to add the option for my account so that my employees can have permission to see commission & sales overtime under analytics? I need them to only be able to see the front end of numbers only and not the backend under analytics? I need them to have access to reports BUT I CAN NOT have them see the Artist consignment & Artist/Consigner payments.. We have been asking for this for a few years. Can we pay for this function? it's REALLY important to us.. It doesn't make any sense to have us toggle OFF INVENTORY FINANCIALS but then they can still see Artist consignment & Artist/Consigner payments this is a huge problem for us WE CAN NOT HAVE THEM see our back end.. This is really important for them to check their sales numbers and sales overtime. I just cant have them see my backend what I pay my artists.. You guys added a new tab on permissions that is kind of pointless its the Can access consignments tab because if this is off and I turn on Can view analytics they can still see all of our backend. What can we do to get the artist consignment & Artist/Consigner payments locked. We want our employees to see everything else except Artist consignment & Artist/Consigner payments..

It would be great if we could have a way to use two stripe accounts in our Artcloud instance. We want all of our inventory in one place, but we would add a second "location" to be able to separate our accounts and sales by location and have it routed to the right account.

Dear Keepers of the Cloud Realm, It would be amazin' if you could sprinkle some of your cloud magic to set a default font style and size for our one-off emails? We think it would be nice if every email looks the same, no matter the sender.

Can you please come up with a solution for restricting consultants to edit/change/delete notes, clients, and client assignments? Would like the consultants to be able only to add a client and to add notes. I had mentioned this before you and I was promised that this change and update to the software is possible and will be implemented soon. Kindly let us all know on this platform as I’ve spoke to so many other gallery directors and gallery owners, and they are having the same issue. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Having the ability to track deleted items in inventory. We would like to review this within an inventory export each month. Also more Permissions settings to allow employees to handle logistics with inventory, but not to be able to change pricing and account details. The system needs to be more precise and have more options. It's too broad!

Staff shouldn't be bale to switch staff names assigned to clients. Only Manager/Owner should be able to switch staff names that are assigned to the clients. A lot of internal issues are happening between staff when it comes to mistrust.
