Feature Suggestions

In trying to prune our contact mailing list, we need to be able to batch remove a contact tag from a large group of contacts. There is currently no way to do this without deleting the tag entirely, but what if we want to keep the tag for other contact groups? It would be great to be able to batch remove a tag.

We regularly provide updated inventories to our artists when artwork sells. Now we'll have to go in and update these by hand. NO GOOD!

I'd like the ability to easily send a remote pay link to my clients to pay part of an invoice––20-50%

One of my favorite things about ArtCloud has been the "Suggest a Feature" function. I just submitted another request. I looked back at a couple others I've submitted a while ago—zero responses from ArtCloud. Then I sorted by "Under Review"—and there were none. Then I sorted by "Planned"—and there were none. Then I sorted by "In Progress"—and there were none. And there seems to have been zero activity on the part of ArtCloud for months. This message is for ArtLogic—please don't take this feature away! People like Andrew, Kat, and others who once responded promptly and regularly, who added features that the community wanted and needed, who quickly fixed bugs—these PEOPLE were a huge part of why I've been so happy with ArtCloud. I want to make sure that 1) you aren't getting rid of the "Suggest a Feature" function, and 2) you aren't replacing these PEOPLE and all customer service with AI, because you might lose me if that happens.

Currently, the price field only allows numbers. It would be helpful to be able to write NFS (Not for Sale) for works that are on view but not available for purchase.

I've had clients complain about not getting mailings and it turns out they have unsubscribed, but I can't tell when that happened. Then when I re-subscribe them, it's not recorded when that happened or by who. Having that data would be so helpful and insightful, especially when clients have questions.

I would love to be able to see the works in a list arranged as squares, the way we can when looking at the entire inventory!

We use Location to determine what art is at each location. Either Gallery or Studio or other places. With this recent update, even when an item is sold, it is still listed as in Gallery for the location. Which, it obviously is no longer if it is sold... Is there a work around for this or can you please put ours back how it used to be? This is not a helpful update and makes tracking inventory location pretty much useless in this system now. How else should we track inventory location in this new format? Thank you
