Would be great to be able to add To Dos to inventory.

The pixel/point settings within text blocks are not visible when the block has been formatted to a style (Tx button). This information should be visible at all times so users can easily see the exact pixels/points for font size, line height, line spacing, and related settings regardless of whether the text has been formatted or not. Just like how the Tx button is grayed out when the formatting is active, the number displayed in pixels/points could also be grayed out to show the formatting is active.

There is no option to sort by first name for artist grid on website, contacts and reports. Only can be sorted by last name which can be very inconvenient.

Would like a way to have a history log that captures the change history of all changes made to a record so that we can go back to see what was changed or removed (previous information changed, name of person who changed it, date & time stamp). This would also be a great feature to have available within the Website Builder too so you can keep track of all your progress and any changes made can easily be undone.

Many of our contacts have multiple email addresses associated within their profile. Some will request to have an email address removed while others want to keep another email address on file but don't necessarily want it to be subscribed to our communications. The current capabilities only provide the option to add/delete emails, and subscribe/unsubscribe emails from our communications. Having a marking feature to help us specify which email is the Primary and labeling capabilities to differentiate the association of each email (personal, work, etc.) would be an extremely beneficial feature to have on ArtCloud. This feature should also carry over when composing a new email and selecting a client’s email address from the dropdown menu. Currently, all email addresses associated with a contact appear, including unsubscribed ones, which requires us to revisit the contact’s profile to confirm the correct address before sending any communication. If the primary email were clearly identified with a star icon or a similar visual marker, it could immediately be recognizable in the dropdown. This would streamline our workflow, eliminate unnecessary steps, and reduce the risk of sending messages to the wrong address. Additionally, having this feature could also improve visibility within the Activities tab by clearly indicating which email address was used for each message. This is especially important in cases where duplicate contacts have been merged, as multiple email addresses may still be attached to a single profile.

We sent out an email campaign where the framework was not consistent and did not match across all devices, even when using the same email app and similar brand/type of phone. Please see the attached image (left picture is the correct set up, right picture is the error). This issue did not occur in previous campaigns, however, it does raise concerns for future campaigns as it is disruptive to our brand consistency.

We need more role-based security controls where we are able to prescribe and personalize controls for users such as limiting the ability to download certain information, removing visibility to all reporting and limiting access to contact information. (ex: "view only" versus "view and edit" contact) Below are more specific examples of User Permission Control settings we would like to see implemented into ArtCloud... Under Inventory (2 Permissions): VIEW ONLY - Ability to allow a user to see the Overview, Marketplace/Website & Uploads tabs when an inventory item is selected. Ability to deny a user permission to view the Financial, History & Interested Contacts tabs. VIEW, EDIT & CHANGE - Ability to allow a user to have access to make edits and changes to all the tabs. Ability to limit access/select which tabs a user can make edits and changes to. Under Contacts (2 Permissions): VIEW ONLY - Ability to allow a user to see all tabs within a Contact Profile, but not able to make any edits or changes to the profile. Ability to create “New” contacts, but not able to “Delete” a contact. Artist Profile (2 Permissions): PROFILE VIEW ONLY - Ability to allow a user to have access to view ONLY the Profile tab within the Artist Contact. VIEW, EDIT & CHANGE - Ability to select which tabs a user can have access to view and make changes to within the Artist Contact. Website Module: TURN OFF FULL ACCESS - No permission to make any edits to website configurations for Analytics, Pages, Blogs & Media, Design & Settings.

There should be a place for the customer to put their shipping address when we send an offer through Art Cloud. It opens an invoice but we don't have an address unless their address is already in the system. It's hard enough to get people's phone number and email initially so when we sent an offer out, there should be an area where they can add their address and then we don't have to reach back out to them to get their address, etc..

At the moment there is no section to input gallery running costs. Ie amazon orders, stationary, general gallery materials etc. In the logistics & PO section when you create a PO can you please add a cost input so we can add the price of the service. That way when we extrapolate the data to say excel we can add up the cost of things. It needs to work like the invoices section for gallery expenses. A way we can input outgoing costs like invoice works for incoming revenue.

When creating an email and would like to include content with the content type being inventory, there is no easy option to rearrange the order of items selected. Let's say you want to send an email to a client including multiple artworks all by different artists. The order of the inventory you select show up in a random order; it isn't determined by the order you select each item either. The only workaround solution we have found to this issue is to add the selected content by one particular artist at a time, go back to “Manage Content > Edit Items”, and select the next set of works by another artist. Would love for this to be an option available AFTER adding the selected content, perhaps another page to confirm what you have selected with the ability to drag/move items in the order you desire.
