Option to add text to shipping field - Invoicing
Simply fix, can you add characters to the shipping field in invoicing, I often have to write TBD in that field and to download and edit in Acrobat - slowing up the process.

Make portions of a consignment terms editable when inserted in an outgoing consignment
When inserting our custom terms into a consignment agreement via the template feature, it would be nice to edit the text once it is inserted to include the consignee's name, specified agreements on shipping, framing, etc.

Issue with Email notifications
We are experiencing an issue with email notifications. When I am on the "Home" page, I see that there is a blue dot by the "Mail" icon at the bottom left side of the screen. When I hover over the mail icon, the names of clients appear with a notification that they have responded to my email. I click the name of the client and it takes me to my general email inbox--not the specific email that appears to be unread. Can you please rectify this? Call me if you have questions (605) 254-5303.

Add "Date Returned" to Pieces in Inventory View that Have Been Returned
Our old inventory manager allowed us to enter the date that returned inventory was returned to the artist without needing to go into each individual piece and look for this information. This would be helpful to have if/when it needs to be referenced in the general Inventory view in manager, i.e. add a drop down in the views check box area that would be "date returned" so we can easily export a return to artist sheet for an artist when needed

I'd like to be able to sort the "Sales by Artist" by the overall view with overall totals, not broken down by piece.

More permissions - ability to view but not edit inventory
We need to be able to turn off the ability to edit inventory but can still view all details needed - especially private notes. Would be great to be able to only edit the location of the piece.

Fast Cycle Buttons Through Inventory
When you need to quickly cycle through a Quick list or set of inventory records which are filtered by an artist name or other variable - add a [Next] and/or [Previous] button to go to the adjacent records in the set. This enables you to make a quick change to all the inventory records without going back to the list after each edit. Art Storefronts offers this feature, which speeds up record editing.
