I just started using the Pinterest catalog option and noticed that it is showing out of stock items with the price it sold for. Since my prices have increased over time, I really don't want to show old prices. On my website, I love your price override feature to hide this data.

We realize that not many art galleries also operate full custom frameshops, but we can’t be the only ones—and there’s surely a market for a system that serves both needs. Ideally, we’d like a FrameReady/LifeSaver–style integration or a native work-order platform with vendor pricing built in. Our goal is to have one centralized system where we can generate detailed custom-frame work orders, automatically pull in vendor price lists, and also manage and sell artwork. A unified solution like this would streamline our workflow, reduce manual entry, and better align our gallery and framing operations.

Flodesk is an email software platform many artists use. Please allow integration of Flodesk with email sign-ups on my ArtCloud website. Currently it is a very manual process of adding new subscribers to Flodesk.

We would love the ability to offer the sale of high quality open edition prints on surfaces such as canvas and metal. It would be great if this were an integrated print on demand service so that we don't have to touch the open edition orders. The print house would just need to be higher quality than a Printful or Printify (for example). We want these to be open edition prints that are more fine art than merchandise.

Nearly all of our interactions with our clients are via WhatsApp. In order to keep track of communications (like emails) it would be HUGE for us to be able to WhatsApp directly from ArtCloud. Send not just information about pieces, but also invoices, updates, etc. So far we have all of our clients WhatsApp information entered into the social space in their contacts, but have no way of using it through ArtCloud.

I think it would be helpful to have the ability to send invoice reminders to clients, similar to the functionality offered in QuickBooks. Having customizable reminder options, either scheduled or triggered manually, would streamline follow-ups and make managing outstanding payments more efficient within ArtCloud. It could also be a feature you can turn off so not every client is getting follow-ups.

Stripe isn’t available in my country (and will never be), so I’d really appreciate having PayPal integration. That way, I could take full advantage of the payments feature on ArtCloud.

When a client directly purchases a piece from the website and they are out of state, having the Instant Checkout calculate the correct sales tax (like Shopify does), instead of manually having to do it and this way the customer knows exactly what they are being charged.

Artists are experiencing confusion because while the default currency is dollars, consigning works to the gallery automatically changes the currency to the gallery's local setup. Artists should also have the ability to change their default currency.
