Add Company Name Option to Payment Reports

We have catalogues set up for art that can be custom ordered (photographers' complete catalogue of work). All those inventory items are listed as N for website, therefore they don't currently show up when using search words. Can we include these items in the search (preferred) or have the search function when your viewing a catalogue search within that catalogue? (I chose User Experience from the perspective of clients trying to narrow down options based on the features they are looking for when they are on the website. Gallery employees can do this already from the backend using the various search terms in the inventory section.)

Currently, ArtCloud stores artwork prices as tax-exclusive amounts by default. For galleries operating in countries where artworks are always priced VAT-inclusive, this creates significant workflow challenges. We would love to see an option allowing galleries to choose whether artwork prices are stored inclusive or exclusive of VAT. Ideally, this could be configured at the account or location level. With this feature enabled: Artwork prices entered in the inventory would be treated as VAT-inclusive. Invoices would automatically calculate and display: Subtotal (excl. VAT) VAT amount Total (incl. VAT) Reports, inventory values, and invoices would remain consistent with how prices are actually communicated to clients. This would greatly improve the experience for galleries in countries where VAT-inclusive pricing is the standard and would reduce the need for manual calculations or price adjustments when creating invoices. For our gallery, all artwork prices have historically been recorded VAT-inclusive. Having ArtCloud treat inventory prices as tax-exclusive leads to discrepancies between our inventory, invoices, and accounting, and requires unnecessary manual adjustments.

Hello Clouders, It would be awesome if we weren't limited to one feature when it comes to sending out an email. No matter which route I go, "adding inventory" or "adding potential purchase" there is zero function that allows me to add the artist bio into the meat of the email. It has to be an attachment. Is there anyway to fix that? I would love to have it all front facing and not have my clients fumbling around with an attachment. Thanks. Kari

Under ANALYTICS, when generating a payment report, CONTACT COMPANY is missing as an optional field.

Invoice limits should be yearly, not monthly.

Hello Cloudians. This is a great feature overall; however, even when I add artworks one artist at a time, the software still organizes them randomly. When it’s only a few works, it’s manageable, but once there are 5+ pieces, it becomes a very frustrating experience. The organization I am looking for would be the same as a quick list. By Artist, Price, Size, etc. The quick email feature, and the ability to modify the email, is terrific, but it becomes difficult when I have to manually reorganize every artwork so the presentation flows appropriately. Right now, it doesn’t make much sense visually, and honestly, it becomes quite messy. For example, I currently have 86 works under one opportunity for a designer, and there is no way to organize them in a meaningful order. It ends up being a significant time drain because I also have to create a separate quick list just to make the presentation usable. A few ideas that would greatly improve workflow: • Add a way to organize “Potential Purchases” that carries over to the Price List, Tear Sheet, and Quick Email features. • Add a way to convert Potential Purchases into a Quick List. • Add a way to convert a Quick List into a contact’s Potential Purchases. There should be a way to select works in inventory and then bulk add them to a new purchase order just like you can to a list. For purchase orders now (we have templates in these to use as shipping receipts) it only lets you add one inventory at a time searching each one. Not all purchase orders as we are using them will have a invoice attached.

Align the Image thumbnail with the top of the column, instead of center-aligned, on the Invoice template. This option is already available on the Consignment template. Thank you!

Include Company Name in the “Contact Meta” field for any Consignment Form. This field is available in the Contact Meta for Invoices already. It seems like an obvious and quick improvement to make. Please and thank you.
