We feel it defeats the purpose of having a provenance field if it cannot be shared with clients. Prior to having this field added we used the Inventory Notes field to keep this information. It can then be added to an emailed tearsheet by selecting that box when you hover over the cog below your signature (which we also wish was readily shown without having to do this). Can another field box be placed there to add the Provenance to an email / tearsheet?
