Our Home page shows Accounting information, but we have no way to move or change it. Basically, our check register and all our account information are visible to anyone who logs in to our database. I don't think this information should be available to all our staff, clients, or anyone else who can see our screens.

Could you please add Purchase Orders back to the Manager toolbar for easier access, rather than having them available only through Invoices' toolbar? POs have a much broader use than commissioning artwork. I've created templates for several purposes, including: Stretching and/or framing instructions Adding to offsite/third party storage Shipping artwork to galleries Shipping artwork to clients Notices of Arrival (NOAs) I use these to coordinate with framers, shippers, galleries, and other third parties, providing instructions, tracking work, and documenting where artwork needs to go. Many of the features outlined in your own PO documentation support these broader uses. Having POs accessible directly from the Manager toolbar would make much more sense. Thanks!

Batch edit has become a real headache when using it for multiple tasks in one session. Please automatically clear the selected inventory after completing a batch edit, or give us the option to keep or clear them. Currently, selections remain checked, making it easy to accidentally include them in additional batch edits - adding or overwriting information that is incorrect for the inventory items. A few improvements that would make managing large inventories much easier: Move/Add the selected artwork count to the top of the page. Add a "Show Selected Only" filter. Add a "Clear Selection" button. (Presently, you have a Deselect All, but only if everything is selected, not a handful of pieces.) Allow users to choose a default sort order (newest first, oldest first, etc.). Currently, some of my clients' accounts open with the newest artwork first, while others open with the oldest. For the moment, I have to add inv# to the columns and control that way. Save the columns selected under "Manage My View," along with sorting and filtering preferences, between logins. Currently, my columns reset and sort order every time I log in, though my browser settings says the site data is retained. Thanks!

I'd like the ability to have separate Contacts for spouses or business relationships, but also have the ability to connect them together and choose whether to display both connected Contacts or just one on the invoice. We handle a lot of surprise purchases for spouses, and we don't want the invoice to go to the wrong email!

It would be helpful to have the option to enter a specific tax amount rather than a percentage. Tennessee has a single-article tax that applies a separate formula to purchases above a certain amount, which makes it complicated to add tax as a separate line item. This could be easily addressed by adding a manual tax amount option.

It would be nice to show inventory notes on private views to add additional text and support material for viewers of previews

Although there is a description box included in Private View, I would like to see one for each artwork. I'm using Private View as a sales and a self-guided tour tool for an upcoming exhibition event on September 22nd. It would be great to include descriptions of each work so that clients can connect with the pieces more deeply and learn about the artist's practice.

I would like the ability to control whether or not the Remote Pay Link is added into the email when emailing an invoice to a customer.
