Feature Suggestions

I was wondering if you could add a feature to the platform that allows users to add a name tag option when exporting items like wall tags during exhibitions. It would be a helpful option for events like large group shows with numerous artists. And if you already have this option, please let me know.

We often send the artist bio with a tearsheet of the work the client requested. We add the tearsheet and can add multiple inventory items through content but to have to open another tab for Artcloud, then down load either the bio and attach it as a file. We send out multiple emails a day and this is a time consuming step. Can you add a feature that allows us to add more content that just one type?

We have multiple pieces of inventory that were sold by a third party that we want to mark as SOLD in ArtCloud. However, we would have to put the item on an invoice to mark it as truly sold in the platform. It would be nice to have a way to mark works Sold without having them on an invoice or a way to mark the invoice as an external sale of some kind to not impact reports.

I would like the ability to create default fees or service line items to auto-populate on invoices, like how taxes can behave. For example, if I need to charge a credit card fee for the sale, I'd like it to autopopulate on the invoice instead of creating it each time.

When adding work to the inventory it would be helpful to allow an option to list a series from the artist, separate from the notes - so works can be searched based on series of the artist to see how many from a particular body of work had sold - allowing for more detailed tracking of interest in artists based on their series and or styles and allowing for sorting on the website of series within an artists page for easy navigation for buyers and workers.

Would love to have the option to add the framed dimensions in lists/exports. Specifically in the inventory and exhibitions lists reports.

When you send out an email via a campaign and a client responds, their email goes directly to my email, however, it does not appear under the client activity at all. Therefore, there is no record of the client expressing interest in a piece of art and no evidence of any discussion that was had.

When creating documents that have multiple pages, such as invoices, tear sheets, price lists, etc. it would be wonderful to have the option to show page numbers somewhere such as the footer or in the header. I created an invoice with two pages and lots of notes. There are just a few lines that carry over to the 2nd page, and it might not be obvious to the purchasing agent that there is a 2nd page. A function that automatically adds this and says "Page 1 of 2" etc. would be lovely.

We should be able to select and export "artist interest" as a field in our customer files. I very often want to target clients and group them by artist interest in snail mail and email.
