Hi, it was brought to my attention that a client somehow got unsbscribed and when she tried to re-subscribe in 2023, she wasn't getting any of our emails even after re-subscribing. With this, I noticed the subscribe option was toggled to no, so I switched it to yes. I then tested it on my personal email by unsubscribing and then attempting to re-subscribe. The same thing happened, the toggle didn't change back to yes for the subscribe section. This seems like a flaw cause unless we double check every person that subscribes, we don't know if they were 1st time subscribers or if they were attempting to re-subscribe. Is there a way to ensure they will get subscribed again?
