Feature Suggestions

Many of our artists are creating consignments, and then forget (or are unaware) that they then need to send the consignment. They get frustrated. UIs should guide users through the process - it would be great if there was some indication of the status of a consignment. A red "not sent" somewhere would make the world a better place.

We only carry one-of-a-kind jewelry from artisan jewelers, so no 2 pieces are alike. We need a way to set the jewelry pieces up in inventory so that they are treated as such and marked sold when sold. Currently when selling jewelry, Art Cloud does not automatically change the location from "Gallery" to "Sold" and we have to remember to go back in and manually update it, which can be laborious during the busy seasons. We need a solution so that we don't have to do it manually every single time. It should automatically update to "sold" when the quantity hits "0".

Add "tags" to the dropdown of viewing options on the invoices tabs. We can currently view: Contact Invoice Number Name (Can't figure out if this pulls from anywhere) Total Date Status User Location Net Paid Balance Source (where does this pull from? where can I add?) UTM (where does this pull from? where can I add?) Referrer (where does this pull from? where can I add?)

Could the Inventory view preferences stick? I always have to hit the view cog and choose the layout I like, but it would be nice if it was like that whenever I opened ArtCloud.

We already have the ability to attach quicklists to campaigns, however, a campaign does not allow me to personalize my email to each client... something I find helps increase my email return rate. If I could link quicklists to my email templates it would be such a time saver and make the process of emailing my clients much more streamlined.

Can the grey type in the chart be changed to white for easier reading?

Can we get the option added to choose between framed and unframed pricing. We have many artists that offer both options and it means selecting framed cost item and then changing the sold price. It would be nice if the system gave the option when there is one.

Would be great to search by Invoice number in the PO and Logistics Section.

In Lists there should be two options for sorting via SKU, ascending and descending. (Kat agrees with me!)

Logistics and Order: Please add an automate on the invoice. I am typing everything twice to create a logistics entry.
