I’d love to suggest adding a few more status options or buttons on the main invoice page, such as “To Ship,” “Action Required,” or “See Notes,” alongside the current statuses: Closed, Open, On Approval, and Declined.

Right now, we have to open each invoice to check notes or shipping details, and occasionally things can get overlooked. Having a way to categorize invoices by action item directly from the main page would make it much easier to stay organized and quickly identify what still needs attention. I'd like to have a closed invoice that still shows "Action Required" if needed.
