Would be great to indicate shipped out of state...so the sales tax is not included and is indicated by clicking out of state shipping.

Yes, this would be a great feature to have!
I also think the ability to remove/hide the 'shipping' field on invoices entirely would be helpful for work sold locally - it gives the false impression there is a shipping charge that isn't filled out.
