We'd love to be able to save email drafts in Messaging Activity. I end up using my email inbox instead of the internal messaging feature because I can't save drafts there.

Absolutely crucial! I have just made a suggestion for better email integration so please vote it up- it would be great to be able to directly log emails from the gmail browser. It means you could saves drafts and not miss emails from clients that directly email in- it makes no sense to have a split email browser across two platforms etc. Hubspot and Salesforce CRMS provide this feature for instance you can email in their system but also email from gmail and nominate to have it tracked.
