Restrict Consultants to change client assignments or edit or delete notes

Can you please come up with a solution for restricting consultants to edit/change/delete notes, clients, and client assignments? Would like the consultants to be able only to add a client and to add notes. I had mentioned this before you and I was promised that this change and update to the software is possible and will be implemented soon. Kindly let us all know on this platform as I’ve spoke to so many other gallery directors and gallery owners, and they are having the same issue.

Agreed this is a very important need for security purposes.

I would also like a way to manage what consultants can and can not do on invoices other than their own. They should be able to close out a sale and if necessary add their name to the invoice, but no one but an administrator should be able to remove inventory or staff or payment from an invoice.

We have made a similar suggestion so certain changes can’t be made by some staff. Ideally setting up certain fields various types of permissions. Say Add, Edit, Delete….
