Included in ArtCloud's opportunities functionality is the ability to generate 'offers' from potential purchases. Offers look very much like an invoice and can include quote information such as discounts, tax, shipping, and an expiration date.

Offers can be converted to invoices by a member of your team or shared with the customer remotely. The customer is able to accept the offer and generate an invoice in your account. If you have payment processing enabled, the customer will have the option to pay remotely after acceptance.
