Not sure if this is appropriate for the Suggestions feature or just an issue I am seeing to bring to your attention.

I am presently updating a new artist account and am trying to get pieces added to invoices to close them out and move into the sold sections on the website.

I am backdating them to 2024, both as the Open date and on the Payment date (see attached example). For some reason, though, the Closed date is not dictated by the Payment date. So, I am having to go back and change a third calendar date to properly close it out.

I feel like the Payment Date should automatically dictate the date that the invoice is closed to both avoid additional steps and error in reporting.
