Payment confirmation for card payments

Currently, when receiving a payment by card through Stripe, the Payment window closes after you process the transaction, and there is no confirmation of a successful payment. We have Stripe set to notify us by email when a payment is made, however the sales person does not have access to the email account associated with our Stripe account. Can there be another way to clearly indicate to the sales person that the transaction was successful?

Hello, Gerrit van Bruggen! Card payments through Stripe will only be ledgered on an ArtCloud if they are successful. They will not be recorded if, for example, the card is declined or has insufficient funds!

Andrew Smith Okay, thanks. So if it is recorded as paid on the invoice, and the transaction is there under payments, then we can be assured the transaction was successful?

Gerrit van Bruggen: Yes! You'll be able to see payouts generated in ArtCloud's payment report and your Stripe account, as well.
