Hello Cloudians.
This is a great feature overall; however, even when I add artworks one artist at a time, the software still organizes them randomly. When it’s only a few works, it’s manageable, but once there are 5+ pieces, it becomes a very frustrating experience.
The organization I am looking for would be the same as a quick list. By Artist, Price, Size, etc.
The quick email feature, and the ability to modify the email, is terrific, but it becomes difficult when I have to manually reorganize every artwork so the presentation flows appropriately. Right now, it doesn’t make much sense visually, and honestly, it becomes quite messy.
For example, I currently have 86 works under one opportunity for a designer, and there is no way to organize them in a meaningful order. It ends up being a significant time drain because I also have to create a separate quick list just to make the presentation usable.
A few ideas that would greatly improve workflow:
• Add a way to organize “Potential Purchases” that carries over to the Price List, Tear Sheet, and Quick Email features.
• Add a way to convert Potential Purchases into a Quick List.
• Add a way to convert a Quick List into a contact’s Potential Purchases.
