It would be great to have a form for when clients take a work home to try in their house. It could just be a tear sheet with lines at the bottom for the client to sign and put their credit card information. And a line that says “client agrees to the charge for this artwork if not returned in 24 hours” or some such.

We had a similar issue that was resolved by using the Collateral Style menu. We made a new invoice style and included a section on the bottom with terms of AOA and a signature line. You can use the token of {DATE} to make it work by saying something like "artwork must be returned within x days of {DATE}. That way when you send out the work on approval, you just toggle the print option from your default template to the AOA template and it generates the form you built. And you can save their credit card info under their contact info if they're comfortable with that. Otherwise you could also add a section to the collateral builder that has space for that.
