Is there any way to make the mobile app more like the website app? It is almost impossible to do anything with it as it is now.

Hey all! We've released a complete rewrite of the iOS application! It provides a number of experience improvements including access to Stripe's mobile card reader.
There are some features that have been asked for that we couldn't include in this release that we are considering for the future.
Autumn Meunier
Have we seen any update on adding notes to the app? Seems like that would be wildly useful.
Andrew Smith
Autumn Meunier: We weren't able to include this in the new release and recognize the importance of this feature. Thanks for your suggestion!

Hey all! A new version of the ArtCloud Manager iOS app is available on the app store. It introduces the ability to create and edit To-Do's.

Yes, PLEASE! I would love a standard "Search" feature similar to the desktop website. The "Filter" search is not user friendly. I would also like to be able to add an inventory to an invoice via the specific inventory item. And it would be great to be able to search for inventory by artist when adding a specific painting or paintings to an invoice.
Andrew Smith
Griffith Britton: We've completely reimagined the search experience! It's also now possible to invoice inventory directly from the inventory itself as well as search by artist when adding to an invoice.

Andrew Smith It looks amazing and is super user friendly! Big thanks to you and the whole ArtCloud team!

Yes, I agree that making quicklists within the app would be amazing! It is the main thing that I can't do when on the road and away from my computer. If a client wants to see several works I have to wait until I am back at the computer to send them a quicklist. Basically I have stopped using the app and do better going to the website on my phone to do anything although everything is very small when you do that.
Andrew Smith
Grace Hopkins: Hey Grace! It is not very obvious, but works can be added to a quicklist in the mobile app! When viewing a quicklist, you can tap the three little dots in the upper right corner (just to the left of 'save'). I admit it is a bit buried and that the experience is cumbersome. We recognize that improvements are owed.
Grace Hopkins
Andrew Smith there is also no way to search quick lists by date. They are alphabetical so you need to know the exact name and then scroll through literally hundreds of them.
Andrew Smith
Grace Hopkins: Sorting your lists by date is now available!

We need to be able to see contact notes in the app for it to be more useful. We are using digital pricebooks and the app would be amazingly helpful if this were a feature, however as of now it is only useful as an inventory system and not a CRM
Andrew Smith
Marcus Ashley: We really like this suggestion. This is not included in the new release. We are working to prioritize this feature.

I'd like to see INV# without clicking through, thumbnail view on artworks, sticky search (if I go out of the app and back in the same screen remains), move genre, size, price fields to the bottom (I only ever search by artist or inventory number), once you search, go into thumbnail view but with all important information (artist, title, medium, size, price)..
And decide if this app is client facing or for internal use. (or do both but distinguish those sections clearly within the app). Going further... make it functional - perhaps create quicklists within the app. Add barcodes to tags and create quicklists through scanning works perhaps.
Andrew Smith
Peter Aitken: Hey Peter. We're now surfacing INV# in the main inventory list view. We've also completely reworked search.
There are two ArtCloud apps in the store. This release is a new version of the Manager app, which we intended for internal use. Quicklist creation is available and we've got a number of open conversations around barcodes and how they can be beneficial on each platform.
