Searches for inventory and contacts should include any term being searched - not just the start of a painting name, or a person's first name, rather than in the exact order of the entry typed in.

should be able to search for an item without having to select from a drop down list - it is too perscriptive and doesnt allow for error. E.g. when you know the partial name of an item, should be able to search in inventory from a variety of titles contain those attributes. similarly for invoices.

I often get frustrated with the search feature on AC because I can only select a specific/exact match from the search bar, not in the search results. For example: I want to search all SKUs that begin with FRO but can only select FRO024 to see in my search results. Or, I want to search all opportunities that begin with 'Website Inquiry" but can only select a specific one from the search list to veiw in my results.

Smart Search Feature for 'Similar' or 'Nearest' Results

Currently, if a user miss-spells the artist name or title they are searching for, the search returns 'no results.' Please fix that to include a smart search that returns 'similar' or 'nearest' results to increase functionality.

Offer a search of "Contains". All the searches only offer the option "Starts With".

It is very frustrating when trying to find recently entered lists or contacts and Artcloud defaults the search results to a list created X number of years ago or does not return anything for the contact. I don't understand why the search is designed to require such specific inputs.
I often find myself ignoring the search bar entirely and utilizing Command+F to (hopefully) find what I'm looking for.

Yes please! Since switching from Artlogic to Artcloud I have much greater difficulty in finding clients in my database as the search functionality is so limited ...
