Please add a master element toggle that hide elements on the webpage. (display: none; or visibility: hidden;). And a step further would be hide for mobile, hide for desktop.

This would also allow an element being built over longer period of time to be present while the webpage is still live. Or someone to easily disable a temporary part of the webpage, while there is an issue that needs to resolved, etc.
