Error in display/framework response for Campaigns

We sent out an email campaign where the framework was not consistent and did not match across all devices, even when using the same email app and similar brand/type of phone. Please see the attached image (left picture is the correct set up, right picture is the error).
This issue did not occur in previous campaigns, however, it does raise concerns for future campaigns as it is disruptive to our brand consistency.
