Currently, when sending a new message to a client on ArtCloud and entering their email address, a pop-up allows you to input the client's first name, last name, company name, and email address if they are not already in the database. However, to add tags, notes, or any additional information, you need to navigate to the contacts tab and locate the contact again, leading to redundant steps and potential oversight.
To streamline this process, it would be highly beneficial to integrate comprehensive contact management functionalities directly within the initial message composition interface. This enhancement would enable users to add tags (such as language preferences) and notes immediately when creating a new contact. By doing so, it reduces the need for repetitive tasks and ensures that all pertinent client information is captured in one seamless action, significantly improving the efficiency and usability of ArtCloud for managing diverse client groups.
