Default custom fees for invoices

I would like the ability to create default fees or service line items to auto-populate on invoices, like how taxes can behave.
For example, if I need to charge a credit card fee for the sale, I'd like it to autopopulate on the invoice instead of creating it each time.

Agreed! I love having the link on the invoices as an option, but if the client selects to pay via Stripe, I would like the option to automatically add the 5%.
The fees are too high for our low margins not to pass on to the client. Currently, the client may agree to do a wire or check, but then see the link and enter the card, resulting in the gallery losing 5%.

I’d like to ask about the way services are handled in ArtCloud. Currently, when we add a service (such as shipping, installation, etc.), there doesn’t seem to be a way to:
- Save services in a dedicated area for future use.
- Preset whether a service is taxable or non-taxable.
Right now, it seems we need to manually enter services each time, which leaves room for inconsistency.
Is there a reason this feature isn’t available? And is there a way to request an enhancement that would allow us to:
- Save services (similar to how inventory is saved), and
- Have the option to toggle “taxable” or “non-taxable” by default?
This would help us streamline invoicing and keep everything consistent.

I agree. This also goes along with the fact that there is no way to add a note on the invoice within the specific piece sold. We utilize the service line to add an item note- also not efficient.

Yes - this feature would be great and should be linked to its own profit center for reporting purposes
