Consignment vs analytics permissions

One of my staff members likes to look at gallery sales reports and shouldn't. I took her permission off for this but it also meant that she couldn't make any consign out forms. Is it possible to make sales data a separate category for permissions and allow staff to do the normal tasks like consigning in and out artwork?

This may now be a deal breaker for us. If it can't be fixed soon we will need to change platforms. I can't see why it would be difficult to have permissions for any financials turned off without changing the general gallery tasks for our employees.

Grace Hopkins: Hello, Grace! To prevent staff from viewing reports, you can disable 'Can view reports' permission, which it sounds like you've done!
It also sounds like you may have also disabled the 'Inventory financials' permission, which (I confess!) is poorly named. More accurately, it should be labeled something like 'Can access consignment information'. If you enable this permission for your staff (while keeping 'Can view reports' disabled), they will be able to generate consignments, but will not have access to any analytics.
