After about 6 months of sending campaigns it's clear that some users are either never opening campaigns or they're being sent to spam. There's no real way to clean up audience lists based on engagement at the moment. Since clicks and opens are tracked by ArtCloud per campaign analytics (and those opens and clicks appear under their contact Activities) can there be a filter added when building an audience that allows us to remove contacts who have never opened a campaign email? Or maybe filter them by "X" months since last open?
This may also be helpful to folks who have spam emails appear on their audience list from bots or other things that find their way to a contact form. Those contacts will never open an email and could be weeded out in a less labor intensive fashion.
I'm worried that as our audience continues to grow our open rates will continue to decline further harming our ability to beat spam filters.
