We're using Art Cloud more and more to send emails to clients/contacts and artists. However, we're facing some limitations ...
  1. There isn't a way to "save a draft" of an email. So if we get interrupted while creating an email (ie.., a customer comes in and we need a different part of the Art Cloud website ~ OR ~ we're composing a complex email and only ready to write one part at a time ~ OR ~ need to do further research to complete it ~ OR ~ wait on a quote ~ OR ~ hand it off to another team member to complete), we either have to copy and paste the text into another program so we have a copy of what we've done, and then delete and start completely over later ~ OR ~ minimize and come back to it later. However, that's not only a waste of time and flow, it's also very "risky" and prone to losing our work, especially if days pass before we or another team member can complete the email. We'd like to have a way to safely save a "draft" and return later to finish.
  2. We can attach files, photos, etc., but there doesn't seem to be a way to "click to view" them before sending the email. In the past, from our Outlook email system, we've been in the habit of double-checking the attachments before sending an email to be sure we're actually attaching the correct invoice, image, or contract for that particular client/artist. Mistakes can easily happen when just attaching something by its file name, so we always open and check the attachments before sending, but we haven't been able to figure out how to do that in Art Cloud emailing. We would like to be able to have the capacity to (a) preview all attachments to be sure we attached the correct one and (b) preview the email itself, and (c) save it as a draft to return to later.
Thanks,
Ann
