Kat Colón, CSM
It would be helpful to be able to control the email notifications that customers receive from when they make a purchase from the website, inquire from the website, or any other email notification automated from the platform.

Hello! We've just released what will be the first in a series of website 'transactional' email builders. Beginning with inventory inquiries, you'll now be able to customize the appearance of your website's confirmation emails here: https://pro.artcloud.com/#/settings/config (in the 'Transactional Emails' tab!).
You'll find the experience similar to ArtCloud's other builders including functionality to select inventory & contact context during construction as well the ability to send previews for testing.
We anticipate customization of non-inventory inquiries, purchase & subscription confirmations, and offers to follow quickly! Thank you all for coming together on this request.

Yes! The purchase confirmation email makes it seem like and order is immediately being processed and that is a client's last impression - we put verbiage on the purchase page that a gallery representative will be in touch to discuss lead time and shipping but they are getting a mixed message due to the auto reply from ArtCloud

Response to new subscribers

How can we change the message after someone subscribes? We would like to customize this more. There is so much more that could be done here for marketing.

Just made our site live with Art cloud and this is the one thing I would've loved to edit. Or at least have a better standard format being sent out.

Customize Automatic Replies to Inquiries / Website Subscription
Amy Kaslow Gallery
It would be great to be able to customize the email sent out to website inquiries or newsletter subscribers (or turning off automatic replies).
Ultimately we just want a way to collect emails from people who register for our events. Since we are using the newsletter subscription / website inquiry form for event RSVPs, so in those cases, it would be great to be able to turn off the automatic replies for those particular forms as they say "thank you for your inquiry" or "you are subscribed" when we'd rather have it say "thank you for registering for our event."
Or alternatively, just creating a form block that is more customizable for event registrations that allows you to collect names, emails and number of guests, and also tags the contact with an specific event tag.

Customizable automatic reply for inquiries

Hi! I'd love if we could edit the automatic reply that customers receive when they submit an inquiry via the website so we could tell them what to be on the lookout for.

Ability to Edit Auto-Response to Subscribers & Inquiries

Would love to be able to control what the auto-response email for people who subscribe or inquiry. This will allow us the ability to add images, promo codes, or even change it monthly with our latest email campaigns. Thanks!

Collateral Control of Subscriber Email Message
Allison H Legacy Art
It would be great to have control over the auto-emailed message that is received when someone subscribes. Presently, it says 'Subscription Confirmation - You have successfully subscribed to communications from <artist/gallery name>. For any questions, please reach out at <email>. Having control over this within the Collateral Style will give your clients the ability to use special marketing - i.e. add a temporary discount code.

Editing Automated Emails
New Buffalo Art Gallery
I changed the usual subscriber forms into "My collectors club" to give exclusive discounts, weekly art features, and notice about upcoming events. It is basically a newsletter that I am branding into a club to give it more of a vibe. The problem with this is when someone submits a form, it sends them an email saying "Thank you for subscribing". This obviously is not good.
With my own specific use case aside, the automated email is just not very pretty and I would like to put my own branding on it.

I think this feature request needs a bump.
