Single Contact record for couples with additional varieties of salutations

We don’t want multiple records for couples – they should have one record (and we should be able to select from a variety of salutations, ie, Mr. and Mrs. etc as I’ve previously mentioned as critical)

Also be able to choose to which person in the contact the email should be addressed-- for example if Mr. is the one purchasing the object, it is addressed to him first, but if it's Mrs., we should be able to choose sending/addressing to her.
